PURPOSE: To receive a brief status report from Bob Hibbits representing the N.C. Association of
County Commissioners Insurance Trust.
BACKGROUND: Mr. Hibbits is a representative of the trust as well as being a County
Commissioner in Catawba County,having served as a Past President of the
N.C. Association of County Commissioners.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Receive as information.
