• The Orange County Board of Commissioners will meet in Special Session on November 20, 1997 at
7:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Government Services Center in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss solid waste management plan implementation options,
solid waste management system ownership and operation options, current solid waste management
system operations, community benefits related thereto and other related issues.
