Clerk to the Board as listed below:
May 22, 1997 Assembly of Governments

June 5, 1997 Work Session on Solid Waste
June 11, 1997 Budget Work Session
Sept. 30, 1997 Joint Meeting with School
Boards
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A-42 of the General Statutes, the
Governing Board has the legal duty to approve all minutes
that are entered into the official journal of the Board's
proceedings.
RECOMMENDATION: Remove from the Consent Agenda those minutes requiring
further discussion and place under item 12. Approve all
minutes not removed from the Consent Agenda.
