PURPOSE: To discuss options for developing an alternative school.
BACKGROUND: The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Schools have indicated their desire to discuss at the
September 30 meeting the possibilities for cooperation with the Orange County Schools on
developing and opening an alternative school.
RECOMMENDATION(S): Discuss and provide direction, as appropriate, to staffs.
