I understand that the Page Count stated on this contract is only an estimate and that the actual page count may exceed that stated
herein and agree to pay any balance due that is billed to me by Kimmel G.McDiarmid,the Court Reporter in this case. I also agree I
will make no copies for sale or distribution to parties outside my office and/or opposing counsel,(which expressly INCLUDES not
providing any copy to opposing counsel),save and except the appropriate appellate court divisions,unless I pay the copy price of
$84.00for each copy. (Copies may also be ordered from the Court Reporter.) Any deposit amount left unused will be refunded by
the Court Reporter.
I also understand that the court reporter has 60 days in the case of a civil appeal and 65 in the case of a criminal appeal from the date
this signed,notarized contract and my deposit are received to produce and deliver said transcript. If my transcript is not for an appeal,
I understand that the reporter must give precedence to any appeal transcript backlog and that my transcript will be begun at the earliest
appropriate time after receiving this contract and deposit which shall serve as the official written arrangement between me and the
court reporter.
