.-kDDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA HOSPITALS AND
ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA
This Addendum will modify the terms of the existing Agreement between The University of North
Carolina Hospitals and Orange County, North Carolina which is in effect through June 30, 1997.
Changes to the existing agreement are as follow:
1. Orange County agrees to make available one additional Medicaid Caseworker for January O1,
1997 through June 30, 1997.
2. The Hospitals agree to reimburse the County within 15 days of receipt of monthly billings for
the county share of tlj.-�salary and benefits involved in maintaining this additional Medicaid Caseworker
position. The Hospitals also agree to reimburse the county an additional 5 percent of the salary and
benefits for the full time supervisor of this position.
All other terms of the existing Agreement remain unchanged.
