BACKGROUND: OWASA is requesting this dedication in order to properly service the water and sewer utilities installed to service Elementary School #11. The dedication and deed of easement document, along with the endorsement letter from the Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools, is provided at Attachment 1. The utilities are depicted on Attachment 2, a Utility Easement Plat entitled "Elementary School #11 Chapel Hill- Carrboro City Schools" dated April 16, 2013. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve the dedication of these utility easements to OWASA as presented, and upon final review by the County Attorney, authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board.
