RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Orange County Existing Certificate and Voucher Program is
administered by the Orange County Housing and Community Development Department; and
WHEREAS, HUD requires all housing agencies that administer that the Section 8
Certificate and Voucher Programs to adopt a written Administrative Plan that establishes local
policies for administration of the program in accordance with HUD requirements;and
WHEREAS,the Section 8 Program has undergone many atsun rry and regulatory
changes in recent years which must be incorporated into the local Administrative Plan,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orange County Board of Commissioners
approves the Orange County Section 8 Housing Program Administrative Plan dated September
15, 1998.
