RE: cost eFtimate for survey of.20 acre tract at EI•land Cheeks School
Dear Mr. Janes:
After reviewing the proposed site with you today, I am resubmitting a cost proposal for
surveying V-ie 20 acre tract of land at Efland Cheeks School. This cost proposal is based on
using the d-:ita shown on two previous surveys done by this office.
The cost of the survey is $5,000.00 and includes the following:
A. control Survey with boundary and topographical information.
B. Recordable plat of site showing existing tracts and all building footprints
and surrounding visible improvements.
C. Topographical survey at 2 foot contours.
D. All above data to be supplied in CADD format (Autocadd R14).
E. Assistance with site designers interpreting data, working with Orange County
Planning Department and supplying additional follow up information .
This propo:.-al does not inclUde the following:
A. Fees for any permits required by regulatory agencies.
B. Any additional survey work resulting from a boundary dispute of existing property
