As you know, I do not serve on the jury commission but my office is charged with providing clerical support to it. In that role I have worked with Mr. Hall along with his fellow jury commissioners in the preparation of the master jury lists since 2003. 1 have found Mr. Hall to be competent and conscientious in his approach to his duties. Moreover it appears that.Mr. Hall's two fellow Jury Commissioners will be new to the Commission this term. It is therefore important for the County Commissioners to understand that Mr. Hall's potential reappointment would provide some continuity of experience on the Jury Commission.
