To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to serve as a renewal of the current Agreement entered into by and between Human Affairs
International, Incorporated("HAI") and Orange County("Sponsor")which is effective for the period July
1, 1997 through June 30, 1998.
The new contract term will be for one (1)year extending from July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000. The
rate shall remain the same at one dollar and eighty-two cents ($1.82)per employee per month("PEPM").
Training shall be provided at the rate of one hundred twenty-five dollars and no cents ($125.00)per hour
plus expenses.
All remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in effect.
If this letter reflects your understanding of the new terms of our agreement, please have both originals of
this letter signed by the appropriate person and return them to me for signature.
