Install a concrete splashblock under each downspout. INTERIOR: LIVING ROOM: 1. Remove the existing door, storm door,window,paneling, carpet, ceiling tile and closet door,base and crown mold. 2. Cover all surfaces Katz. 3. Install VA inch sheetrock on the walls.Flat tape the sheetrock to the window trim.Tape and finish the sheetrock smooth. 4. Install a one piece fiberglass tub unit and washerless faucets. Install all necessary waste and supply connections. 2.
