Between Training Facilitator Pat Callair and Orange County
This Memorandum of Agreement outlines the agreement between Training Facilitator Pat
Callair and Orange County for providing Cultural Diversity training to Orange County
employees.
A. Trainer Pat Callair Responsibilities
• Facilitate 12 cultural diversity training sessions of four to five hours each at $450.00 per
session, with a minimum of 15 employees attending each session. The training is
outlined in the "Orange County Cultural Diversity Training Overview and Outline" dated
August 22, 2000.
• Provide handouts and training curriculum originals for participants.
• Collect and score the pre-training survey.
• Provide follow up and support in Cultural Diversity Resource Group meetings at a cost of
$90.00 per hour.
B. Orange County Responsibilities
• Provide staff assistance with pre-training survey.
• Provide necessary materials, copies and supplies for participants.
• Provide appropriate training facility.
• Pay all approved invoices within 30 days of receipt of the invoice not to exceed a total
amount of $7,500 under this agreement (which includes both per session and hourly
charges).
C. Termination
• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with two weeks advance written
notice.
