Product Upgrades tm Licensed Software
Customer shall receive all product upgrades tn purchased package. Product upgrades are automatic and
available upon the next login following a product upgrade rollout. Product upgrade noUnuts are generally
released every three months.

The following activities are conducted as part of the Performance Evaluation
implementation.

establish project expec¢a1ions
• NECIGOV will establish an Customer-specific training environment that will be used
during training and post-training to allow the Customer to learn the system.
1.3 Training

NECJG<JVvvii| conduct on line instructor led training. NEC>GC)Vvvi|| provide all required
user exercises and user guides to the Customer.
Additionally you have full access to our Customer Support Help Desk during the training to help new users
fully utilize Insight.Our existing customers find that this unique implementation approach enables their
users to become familiar with Insight in a safe environment, promoting system use and leading to a more
successful rollout.

2.0 Single Sign On(SSO)/Active Directory integration
NEOGOV offers a single sign-on(SSO)solution that allows users to be securely authenticated and logged
into NEOGOV applications without having to re-enter their credentials.This is made possible by delegating
identification of the logged in user to the customer's network:NEOGOV provides a web service which
returns a single-use URL upon being provided identity information for an active user.Redirecting the user to
the single-use URL will establish a session without asking for credentials.
During implementation NEOGOV provides a unique and secret security certificate and a skeleton web
application(in.NET/C#).Customer is responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of the security
certificate after it is received by NEOGOV.Customer must contact NEOGOV immediately to revoke the
current certificate and receive a new one if there is reason to believe the current certificate has been
compromised.
Customer is responsible to modify the skeleton provided to retrieve identity information from the identity
provider of the customers network,whatever that may be.Alternatively,customer may implement a
complete solution(in any language)that calls the NEOGOV provided SSO web service.Customer is
responsible for deploying and maintaining the application on their network.
The SSO solution does not automatically create or update users.Customer is responsible to keep user status
in NEOGOV systems up-to-date. However,a separate integration is available to automate this.
Order Form Terms and Conditions:
The Customer agrees that the payment schedule is as follows:
• One hundred percent(100%)of the annual License Subscription is payable within thirty(30) days
of execution of this Addendum.
• One hundred percent(100%)of the one-time Provisioning costs are payable within thirty (30)
days of execution of this Addendum.
• One hundred percent(100%)of the one-time Training costs are payable within thirty(30)days of
execution of this Addendum.
