Meeting with Orange County, NC.
3. Conduct User Interviews, catalog user needs (20% Milestone) March 8, 2013
and compare to other similar systems.
4. Develop high-level requirements for system (25% Milestone) April 9, 2013
improvements, hold briefing call with Orange
County, NC.
5. Develop infrastructure upgrade (25% Milestone) May 24, 2013
recommendations, RF coverage analyses,
interference analyses, connectivity and backhaul
analyses, and hold RF Coverage Workshop with
Orange County, NC.
6. Prepare tower mapping and structural (15% Milestone) June 28, 2013
analyses, ensure compliance with Orange County
Unified Development Ordinance, prepare
reproducible maps and graphics, and deliver to
Orange County, NC
2. Section 4, Duration of Services: The term is extended to August 30, 2013.
3. All other terms and conditions remain the same and in full force.
