Re: Contract Amendment for Brooks Farm Survey
DEAPR has a contract with Alois Callemyn ($3,350) to survey the Brooks farm
for a planned conservation easement project. See copy of contract attached.
Since executing the contract we identified additional survey work needed at this
property that will cost an additional $875. Attached is Amendment#1 to Mr.
Callemyn's original proposal prepared by the County Attorney. The Amendment
references Mr. Callemyn's attached description of the additional services to be
completed for the additional cost of$875 (Exhibit A).
Requested Action: Needed are signatures of Mr. Grier, County Attorney and
the Manager on the attached Amendment#1. Mr. Callemyn has already signed.
A requisition for new PO will be submitted through MUNIS.
