MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Town of Chapel Hill,North
Carolina and the County of Orange,North Carolina.
This is an Agreement to share funds granted to local jurisdictions through the 2001 Local
Law Enforcement Block Grants Program of the United States Department of Justice.
In accordance with the requirements of this Program,the State Attorney General
Disparate Certification Process has been completed, and the Town of Chapel Hill and the
County of Orange have been certified as disparate jurisdictions.
Further in accordance with the requirements of this Program,the Town of Chapel Hill
and,the County of Orange have negotiated this Agreement to share the granted funds.
The Town of Chapel Hill and the County of Orange hereby agree to share the funds as
follows:
Town of Chapel Hill $53,673
County of Orange $12,271
