AMENDMENT TO
HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION
AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT to the Agreement,originally effective October 5t', 1994,amended
October 5" 1997,and further amended October 17`x'2000,by and between The County of
Orange,on behalf of its Solid Waste Department,which is sovereign governmental entity located
in the State of North Carolina(hereinafter referred to as a"Sponsor')and Safety-Kleen(TS),
Inc., a Delaware corporation,(formerly Laidlaw Environmental Services(TS),Inc.,hereinafter
"Contractor')is entered into on this the 10 day of August 2001.
In consideration of the mutual promises and conditions set forth herein,the Sponsor and
Contractor agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Terxni: This Agreement,unless amended as provided herein,shall be in effect from July 1,
2001 through November 30,2001.
2. EdGW Amendix: Delete original Appendix#6(the Pricing Appendix)and substitute the
attached new Pricing Appendix.
