SUBJECT: Cooperative Agreement Fiscal Year 2001 —Amendment
Enclosed for your immediate-execution are corrected and amended Cooperative
Agreements (CA) for the subject period. The CA has been amended to include the
following:
1. The correction of the Total amount of the CA from $62,020.00 to $87,020.00
2. The addition of funds for the Partnership Initiative in the amount of$25,000.00
Your current total for the CA is, therefore, $87,020.00

our office by overnight mail.

THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR FAIR HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (FHAP) IS HEREBY AMENDED.
THIS AGREEMENT INCORPORATES ALL PREVIOUSLY ISSUED SUBPARTS. FUNDS ARE DESIGNATED AS
FOLLOWS:
CASE PROCESSING (7/1/2000 THRU 6/30/2001): (5) $9,000.00
CAUSE CASES: $ 0
TRAINING: $45,000.00
EDUCATION AND OUTREACH: $ 5,000.00
ADMINISTRATIVE COST(AC): $15,000.00
SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS (SEE): $13.020.00
PARTNERSHIP INITIATIVE: $ 0
Total contract amount $87,020.00
Order of Precedence: Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in the event of a conflict among any of the
documents pertaining to the duties and responsibilities of the parties, the Statement of work shall take precedence over
the Schedule of Articles.
