You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract:
• Provide&install(1)zone damper and(1)additional grille with related ductwork in downstairs in computer area.Drawings
state there is an existing zone in this area,but one did not exist.
• Adjust the final total of Change Order#1 based on actual material utilized.
The original Contract Sum was $679,326
Net"Not to Exceed"change by previous Change Orders $13,080
The Contract"Not to Exceed"Sum prior to this Change Order was $692,406
The Contract Sum will be decreased by this Change Order -$131.54
The new Contract Sum including this Change Order will be $692,274.46
