Dear Commissioners,
At the Board's August 21, 2012 regular meeting, Commissioner Jacobs brought forth a
petition and it was reviewed by the ChairNice Chair/Manager at agenda review:
1) Review and consider a request to have the Board receive an update on issues,
priorities, and options, related to the Burlington-Graham MPO, proposed MPO
boundaries, etc.
After review of this petition, the ChairNice Chair/Manager have directed staff to do the
following:
1) For Planning Board staff to provide a written report to the Board on the issues
indicated by Commissioner Jacobs such as an update on issues, priorities, and
options, related to the Burlington-Graham MPO, proposed MPO boundaries, etc.
This letter will be provided as an Information Item on the September 18, 2012 agenda for
public information.
