Dear Commissioners,
At the Board's August 21, 2012 regular meeting, Commissioner McKee brought forth a
petition and it was reviewed by the ChairNice Chair/Manager at agenda review:
1) Review and consider request that the Board direct staff to schedule additional
meeting(s) regarding the Mountain to Sea Trail (MTST) in Orange County to
include the opportunity for a question and answer public session.
After review of this petition, the ChairNice Chair/Manager have provided the following
direction:
1) Chair Pelissier will write a letter to Kate Dixon, asking her to please host a MIST
public meeting with a question and answer session, to include Orange County staff in the
coordination and participation of said meeting.
This letter will be provided as an Information Item on the September 18, 2012
agenda for public information.
