The Board of Commissioners cf Orange County ordains sa follows:
SECTION 1. ELE CTHICAL IN SPECTORB - APPOINTLtEIJT AI9D DUTIES,
There Se hereby created the offices of two County Electrical In apectore,
whose duty aha11 be to enforoe all State and local lawn governing electrical

monthly report to the County Commissioners, or their authorized agent, of all

salary, or Pees, to be paid to the Electrical In epectors shall be determined
oy the County Comma ssionere. The County Comma eeionere shall determine the

SECTION ;. PEW~.iITS fu4ll INSPECTIONS.
(1) No ale atric wiring, device s, appli en cea or equipment shall be in-
stalled within or on any 'ou llding, structure, or premi ee s, nor shall any
el.terati on or adds tl on be made Sn any such existing wiring, devi oe s, applianaee
or equipment wl thout se oaring a permit therefor end having an inspection
th ereoP made by one of the county eleotrl cal inspectors having charge oP that

placement of lamps, or the connection of portable devi cee to suitable re ceptacl

SEC'T'ION 6. LIABILITY FUR DAMAGES.
This Ordinance shall not be construed to relieve from or lessen the re-
sponsi'oility of liability oY any party owning, operating, controlling or in-
stalling any electric wiring, devices, appliances or equipment for damages
to person or property eau eed by any defect therein, nor shall the County of
Orange be held ae assuming any such liability by reason of the in epeati.on
authorized herein or the certificate oP approval Segued ae herein provided,
