T'he Hoard met at the usual hour in the Commissloners Room apt the Court-
house, Present, Collier Cobb, Jr., Chairman, Hen F. :Filson and Hubert G.
Laws, Commissioners.
The ttinutes of the Fe bruery mooting was read end apor oved.
M11rs. Kathryn H. Hamrick, Home Demons tr fltion Agent, appeared and report-
ed on the work done through her office for the month of Februarg.

on a full twenty four hours per day.

Chapel Y.ill on e frequency of 59.98.
