BOCC Regular Meeting
Joint Meeting with Board of Health (5:30pm)
ALICE – I will also be faxing to you on Monday minutes from Board of health
dinner meeting on April 19th (very short!!) —Becky is supposed to be sending them over the
weekend.
BACKGROUND: In accordance with 153A -42 of the General Statutes, the Governing Board
has the legal duty to approve all minutes that are entered into the official journal of the Board's
proceedings.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: NONE
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve minutes as
presented or as amended.
