RESOLUTION
OF THE
ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Date of Meeting: May 1, 2001
Name of Subdivision: Richmond Hills
Owner /Applicant: Habitat for Humanity
The Board of County Commissioners hereby approves amended Richmond Hills Preliminary Plan,
dated March 9, 2000, revised March 15, 2000 and April 19, 2001 and containing 43 lots, subject
to the fulfillment of requirements specified herein.
Before the Final Plat of Richmond Hills can be recorded all conditions of the original Resolution
of Approval dated August 15, 2000 shall be met with F. Miscellaneous (4) amended to read as
follows:
4. Phasing of the project shall occur only in accordance with the amended Preliminary
Plan revised on April 19, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County Commissioners
that the amended Resolution of Approval for Richmond Hill Preliminary Subdivision is approved.
