CONTRACT FOR SURVEYING SERVICES, MAYES HILL PROPERTIES
Landmark Surveying, Inc. will perform a boundary survey of tax parcel 3.50..7 (109.40
acres) and the portion tax parcel 3.45..14 east of Mt Willing Road including a 60'
easement approximately 914 feet in length along the northern portion of tax parcel
3.50..6. Boundary lines and corners will be monumented and flagged in a manner for
Orange County to post the property.
Landmark will provide six blue prints and an AutoCAD file. Landmark will prepare the
survey and record the survey with the Orange County Register of Deeds.
Landmark Surveying, Inc.'s fee for this survey will be $6175.00. The survey plat will be
completed by June 15, 2001 and the final marking of boundaries will be completed by
June 30, 2001.

I am pleased to present this contract for the boundary survey, line marking and plat prep. for the 3 Cate
properties and the Hunter property, as set forth in my proposal letter and our tetephone cvonversation, at the below
listed price
Because of the short turn- around for this job, I would have to delay any additional work and give almost
all of my time to this project, so as per our discussion, I am to receive a 75% payment at the time of the plat
delivery (May 23rd), with the remainder due at the time of completion of the boundary marking.
Estimated Cost for Cate & Hunter lands combined: $11,500
