Yes Bob I look forward to continued service on the Animal Services Board. Although dicey, my introduction to the
Potentially Dangerous Dog Appeal board really did remind me of my experience with children's services. And I ran into
many a dicey situation back then when confronting parents about their children.Shou/d I say thanks for the trip down
memory lane??

Subject: Animal Services:Advisory Board Recommendation for Handler/Trainer Vacancy
leannette:
I believe that my previous emails have addressed the status of the three ASAB members mentioned in the
following email that you sent me.
I also wanted to let you know that the Animal Services Advisory Board is recommending that the BOCC
appoint Jenn Merritt, CPDT to the vacant position for a certified animal handler/trainer. The ASAB made this
recommendation at its March 21, 2012, meeting(which Ms. Merritt attended). They did so given her varied
experience in the area of animal training which includes working ps a professional dog trainer for more than
10 years;and her certification as a Certified Pet Dog Trainer since 2003 and her qualification as a Tellington
TTouch Companion Animal Practitioner since 2006.
We are hopeful that you will be able to present the ASAB's recommendation that Ms. Merritt be appointed as
soon as possible.

Planning Board for Orange County.

Other Comments:
I was on the forefront in quietly assisting the County with the vast purchase of the
Sportsplex by offering up heads up information to assure a smooth and reliable take over
Ethan Vance (the Sellor) by the County for the population for our Orange County
residents. I have some ideas that could increase the revenues cycle and we need to
make our county resident aware of the facility with perhaps a county wide campaign.
Thanks for considering my request to be on this most important County Board and i feel

that I would be of assistance to the other Board members and citizens of our Orange
