This Memarandum of Agr~eme~rt outlines the agreement be#ween Training Facilit~tor pr. ~lenry
Meguid and Qrange Caunty for providing Cultural Awarer~ess Building training ta Qranga
Cauniy employees.
A. Tr~iner Henry Meguid Responsibilities
• Facilitate 12 culturat awareness building training sessions of five hours each at $675.00
p~r session, with a minimum of i& employ~es attending each session.
• Provide handau~s and training curriculum orlginals for par~icipants.
B. Orange County Responsibilities
• Provid~ stafF assistance with equipment. ~
• Provide necessary materials, copies and supplies for partioipants.
~ Provide appropriate traini~g faciliiy.
• Pay afl approved irnroices within 30 days ofi rec:eipt of the invoice not to exceed a total
~mount cf $8,100 under this agr~ernent.
C, Termination
~ Either parly may terminate this agt~ement at any time with tvwo weeks advance written
notice. .
