CONTRACT FOR SURVEYING SERVICES
McGOWAN CREEK PRESERVE
ORANGE COUNTY, NC
Landmark Surveying, Inc. will perform a topographic survey(one-foot contours) of
approximately four acres of the McGowan Creek Preserve (tax parcel 3.41..14) located
on north side of US 70 west of Hillsborough,NC in accordance with the request for
proposals from Orange County ERCD dated August 14, 2002.
Landmark will provide six paper prints of the survey to Orange County ERCD, as well as
an AutoCad file compatible with AutoCad 2000.
Landmark Surveying, Inc. fee for this survey will be$2,400.00. The survey work will be
completed within 30 days of notice to proceed.
