NQRTH CAROLINA RESOLUTION TO AMEND TFIE ORDINANCE
REGULATING RECYCLABLE MATERIALS AND
LICENSING THE COLLECTION OF REGULATED
-~_ORANGE COUNTY RECYCLABLE MATERIAL IN ORANGE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Orange County has received the
recommendation of the Solid Waste staff and the County Manager to amend THE ORDINANCE
REGULATING RECYCLABLE MATERIALS AND LICENSING THE COLLECTION OF
REGULATED RECYCLABLE MATERIAL IN ORANGE COUNTY (hereafter "the Ordinance).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County
Commissioners that:
Section l. The Ordinance is hereby amended as indicated on Exhibit A to this
Resolution, deleting from the Ordinance those portions of it that are shown on Exhibit A with a
strikethrough and adding to the Ordinance those portions of it that are shown on Exhibit A in bold
and underlined.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.

, the foregoing resolution was adopted this the 27~' day of June, 2002.
I, Beverly A. Blythe, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for the County of
Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true copy of so
much of the proceedings of said Board at a meeting held on June 27, 2002 as relates in any
way to the adoption of the foregoing and that said proceedings are recorded in the minutes
of said Board.
