Dear Mr. Phelps,
On behalf of the Board of Commissioners, I am writing to respond to your petition of March 13;
2012 where you requested to make a presentation to the full board at a future meeting on the
proposed 2013 revaluation. As is our general process, for citizen and board petitions, this item was
referred to the Agenda Review Team for consideration.
The Agenda Review Team reviewed your request and decided the Commissioners would
welcome a written report from you about your concerns in reference to the proposed 2013
revaluation; that we encourage you to contact the Tax Administrator, Jenks Crayton, to discuss this
issue in more depth; and that we also encourage you to contact individual Commissioners with your
concerns and questions.
