Dear Commissioners,
At the Board's March 13, 2012 regular Meeting, Mr. Joe Phelps brought forth a
petition and it was reviewed by the ChairNice Chair/Manager at agenda review:
1) Mr. Phelps requested to make a presentation to the full board at a future
meeting on the proposed 2013 revaluation.
After review of this petition, the ChairNice Chair/Manager provided the following
direction:
1) The Chair would respond to Mr. Phelps' request in writing indicating that the
Commissioners would welcome a written report from Mr. Phelps about his
concerns in reference to the proposed 2013 revaluation; to encourage Mr.
Phelps to contact the Tax Administrator, Jenks Crayton, to discuss this issue
in more depth; and to also encourage Mr. Phelps to contact individual
Commissioners with his concerns.
This letter will be provided as an Information Item on the April 3, 2012 agenda
for public information.
