Dear Commissioners,
At the Board's February 21, 2012 regular meeting, Commissioner Hemminger brought forth a
a petition to the full board and it was reviewed by the ChairNice Chair/Manager at agenda
review:
1) Review and consider bringing back the proposed amendment to the Code of
Ordinances regarding concealed weapons to be added under Decision Agenda
Items and not to have a separate community meeting.
After review of this petition, the ChairNice Chair/Manager have directed staff to do the
following:
1) To continue gathering requested information (from the February 7th meeting)
and to bring this item back on the Decision Agenda at a meeting no later than
June 5, 2012.
This letter will be provided as an Information Item on the March 13, 2012 agenda for
public information.
