Description: Cost proposal for change order requested by OCED
Scope of Work
RHG will modify the homepage design and programming to include four main
homepage "Featured Items" on the left side of the page as well as move two "Featured
Links" to the bottom right side of the page (As shown in mock up provided by OCED).
OCED will provide RHG with the images and text for each of the new "Featured
I~ems". Each item will link to a secondary page within the website that OCED will be
responsible for adding and/or editing.
Cost = $800.00

General Terms
In the event of default in payment, Orange County Economic Development (Client)
shall pay Red House Group, Inc. (Agency) all costs and expenses, inciuding attorney's
fees, the fees of collection agencies and other expenses incurred in enforcing any of
the terms or conditions thereof. The venue for any such legal action shall be t4~.a~e Orange
County, North Carolina.

The agreement, in its validity, construction and performance, shall be governed in all
respects by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Both parties agree to hereby
submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts and to seek remedy by court-
sanctioned arbitration before resorting to tort action. The parties agree that except as
amended by this Change Order the Agreement between the parties effective May 13, 2010
is binding and is and remains in full force and effect.
The undersigned agrees to the terms of this agreement on behalf of his or her
organfzation or business.
