You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract:

Provide ABC stone as required to fill trenches back to 4" below asphalt in lower parking lot.
Provide trucking to remove excess soil /dirt from trenches to county site as per item #3 on addendum #2.
Provide ABC stone even to the top of asphalt in small upper lot and from top of hill (entrance) to the
small lot.
The original Contract Sum was $679,326
Net change by previous Change Orders $0
The Contract Sum prior to this Change Order was $679,326
The Contract `mlot to Exceed" Sum will be increased by this Change Order $13,080*
T'he new Contract "Not to Exceed" Sum including this Change Order will be $692,406*
*Actual change order amount will be based on the unit prices below. Actual quantities hauled off and provided
will be verified by the engineer.

11=B APPROVED as AMENDED
The Board will consider awarding the bid and approving a construction contract to
Warren Hay Mechanical, Hillsborough, NC, in the amount of $679,326 for the
installation of geothermal HVAC system a John M. Link, Jr. Government Services
Center to replace the existing system and authorize the Chair to sign subject to final
review by the County Attorney.
