INFORMATION CONTACT:

PURPOSE: To receive a brief presentation from Orange County Alcoholic Beverage Control
(ABC) Board representatives on recent ABC Board activities and operations.
BACKGROUND: Based on requests by several Board members, Orange County Alcoholic
Beverage Control (ABC) Board representatives will provide a brief presentation on ABC Board
activities and operations and respond to any questions. ABC Board Chair Keith Cook and ABC
Finance Director Ron McCoy will make the presentation, with Tony DuBois, General Manager of
the Orange County Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board, also available to address any
questions.
FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated. with receiving the presentation.
RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation
and provide any questions or comments.
