made part of County of Orange Purchase Order # 1102427-00 dated May 26,2011. All other
conditions stated in said Purchase Order shall also apply to this Change Order.

Interface to INMOTION GPS
Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL)-
Automatic Vehicle Location E-911 coordinate display on Map
Display Unit Locations on CAD Map (based on x,y coordinates and
Unit ID sent to CAD from AVL system).
Periodic Updates of Unit Locations per GPS signal
Zone-based ETA
This interface will provide the capability for the NorthStar CAD system
to receive GPS data directly from the INMOTION Mobile Gateway
and display icons representing the Mobile Gateway equipped
units' positions on the NorthStar CADMap
Note: Additional AVL client licenses available in Quantities of 10.To
upgrade the Server license to 20 Seats would cost $2,500.
Logging of AVL data:
The AVL program will insert the unit location data(listed below)into
the D132 database.Only positions where the oMG device has
moved a predefined distance(identified in LogiOpt)will be stored.
Extracting data will be handled by Orange County using existing
reporting tools.Customized reports or data dumps not included,
Orange County cannot store an amount of historical AVL data that
would negatively impact the performance of the CAD system.
Purchasing additional disk drives may be necessary if more
historical data is required.
Unit Location Data:
Received timestamp date/time the position report was received
CadUnit char[10] the CAD unit associated with the oMG device
UnitID char[16] the Vehicle ID as configured on the oMG device
Latitude double position latitude
Longitude double position longitude

AVL hardware not included.Communications infrastructure and
installation of navigation equipment in the vehicles is not
included and is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER,
The Total added to Purchase Order#1102427-00 is$11,990.00. I
As a result of Change Order#1 there is neither an increase nor a decrease in total cost. j
