BACKGROUND: The following appointment is for Board consideration:
• Appointment to a first term for Audra Marotta. If appointed Mrs. Marotta will be serving a
first term expiring 03/31/2014.

Orange County Arts Commission Advisory Board.
She served briefly on the Arts Commission board several years ago, and had to resign due to work schedule
conflicts. Her schedule has changed, and she would now like to serve again.

I have been the Controller for an architectural design firm for four years. Prior to that I
was the Housing. and Urban Development Accounting Manager for Lifelink Corporation
(lifelink.org), where I was in charge of financials, budgeting, and operations of 27
different HUD-subsidized properties (sections 202 and 811) and two continuing care
retirement communities. I held this position for just over 3.5 years. Prior to that I was
working as an in-charge accountant, auditor, and business consultant for two public

government, and municipalities. Accounting, finance, operations career with some
marketing, 2.5 years in public accounting with Coleman & Williams and RSM

marketing in manufacturing. 1 year accounting/finance/operations in brewing. Currently
lauching own business focused on craft brewery financial consulting.
