When a vacancy exists, the municipality will be requested to provide to the Board of County Commissioners a resolution with a recommendation for that vacancy."; and WHEREAS, the Chapel Hill Planning Board has reviewed the viable applications and made a recommendation to the Chapel Hill Town Council.
