When a vacancy exists, the municipality will be requested to provide to the Board of County Commissioners a resolution with a recommendation for that vacancy."; and WHEREAS, the Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Commission has reviewed the viable applications and made a recommendation to the Chapel Hill Town Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council recommends the Orange County Board of Commissioners appoint Mary Musacchia to the Orange County Position on the Chapel Hill Parks and Recreation Commission.
