Execution of a completed G701 indicates agreement upon all the terms of the change,including any changes in the Contract Sum(or Guaranteed Maximum Price)and Contract Time. Use of Current Documents Prior to using any AIA Contract Document,users should consult www.aia.org or a local AIA component to verify the most recent edition. Include any drawings,specifications,documents or other supporting data to clarify the scope of the change. Sorry it has taken me so long to get to this. I am also requesting the following for the second floor A Building 1)addition of a standard ice maker under the counter next to the sink in the 2nd floor conference room 2)opening the wall with the widest cased opening possible between the office immediately to the west of the new bathroom closest to the south wall. It's fine to leave both office doors.
