AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDINANCE
ORANGE COUNTY REGULATING HUNTING AND FISHING ON
PRIVATE LANDS OR WATERS WITHOUT
WRITTEN PERMISSION OF OWNER
WHEREAS, the Ordinance Regulating Hunting and Fishing on Private
Lands or Waters IIthout Written Permission of Owner (hereafter the Ordinance)
was originally adopted December 2, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County
deems it necessary to amend the Ordinance to protect the health, safety and
welfare of the citizens of Orange County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Orange County
Commissioners that
The Ordinance is amended to read as rewritten on the attached.
Upon motion of Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Commissioner
Carey, the foregoing resolution was adopted this the 96th day of January, 2002.
