As you know, I do not serve on the jury commission but my office is charged with providing clerical support tt~ it. In that role I have worked with Mr. Hali along with his fellow jury commissioners in the preparation of the master jury lists since 2003. I have found Mr. Hall to be competent and conscientious in his approach to his duties. I feel comfortable in stating my belief that his fellow jury commissioners would join in my opinion.
