Subject: Volunteer Applicant for Arts Commission Board
Importance: High
Hi Donna & Jeanette,
Alice Levinson (Hillsborough, NC) just sent in her on-line volunteer application for service on the Orange County

The OCAC Board has met and would like to suggest her name to the BOCC as a-new appointment.
Alice Levinson has previously served on the OCAC board. She resigned because of overwhelming events in her
personal life (house burned down, etc.). She wouid_like to-serve-again.
Please let me know when this request can be on the BOCC's meeting agenda (the sooner the better). Thanks!

Subject: New Appointment for Arts Commission Board
Donna,
Volunteer applicant Tamara Oxley has recently indicated that she is still interested in serving on the Arts
Commission board.
The OCAC board would like to submit her name, since we have 4 vacancies.
Please put this request on the BOCC's agenda as soon as possible. I understand that it will probably be in August
or September. (That's OK, since the Arts Commission board doesn't meet in July.)
Thanks so much.
