THIS AGREEMENT INCORPORATES ALL PREVIOUSLY ISSUED SUBPARTS. FUNDS ARE DESIGNATED AS
FOLLOWS:
PARTNERSHIP INITIATIVE: $ 60,000.00

Total contract amount $110,000.00
Order of Precedence: Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in the event of a conflict among any of the
documents pertaining to the duties and responsibilities of the parties, the Statement of work shall take precedence over

You will .find five copies of the HUD Form 1044 for the Amendment of the FY2003
Cooperative Agreement (CA) enclosed with this letter for immediate execution and return.
Please sign each copy with an original signature. After the appropriate authorizing official
has signed, retain one copy for your records and return the remaining four copies to this
office by overnight mail no later than September 26th, 2003.
