tGinutee of the Board of Commissioners

The Bo erd met at 10:00 o~clock A. Ei., in the Commissioner ~s Room
with all members pr¢sent.
This meeting was called for the purpose of studying the proposed
pl¢n of ramode ling the ivntarlor of the Courthouse, and invea tigating
road petits one that had been previously presented to the Board.

County Attorney, hir. L. J. Phipps, Attorney of Chapel Hill, N. C., end
all county officials appeared end en tared into a general dis evasion
of plans dr ¢wh by Ns. Weeks, relative to proposed changes in Courthouse.
No estimates were available ge to the cost of proposed plans. lAr.
Pleeks stated he would have fairly accurate estimates before the Board
at their next regular meeting, which wi1.1 be Mazch 3, 1947.
The afternoon session was taken up investigating road petitions,
and the fallovring os titions were approved and ordered sent to The State
'righway c. Public YYOrke Commission for tho it cons ,.doretion.

in length.

as direct from trtebane to Cedar Grove as
possible.
