BACKGROUND: There being one At -Large vacancy on the Advisory Board on Aging created by the resignation of Mr. D. McDougald (Mack) Monroe, Jr., and recruitment being done for someone to take his place, the Orange County Advisory Board on Aging has reviewed all applications received. The Advisory Board on Aging has made a recommendation to appoint Ms. Mary Ann Peter of 118 W. Tryon Street, Hillsborough, N.C. 27278 to the open At -Large position FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Mary Ann Peter to the Advisory Board on Aging to an At -Large position and for a first term to expire June 30, 2005.
