BACKGROUND: Three members of the Human Services Advisory Commission have requested to be reappointed. They have attended the meetings regularly and contributed to the goals of the Commission. Additionally, the Social Services Board has asked that Rosetta Wash serve as its representative on the Commission, replacing Mary Bowe. The IFC has recommended another individual, Ms. Lucia Casabo, Board Member, to serve as its representative replacing Ms. Wash. Mr. Kenneth Touw, Board Member, has been designated by Communities in Schools to join the Commission as its representative. The remaining vacancy to be filled is that of Marvin Block, representing the Advisory Board on Aging. His term expires in June and the Board will be notified to name his replacement its next meeting.
