BACKGROUND: Ms. Susan Foley Pierce and Ms. Barbara Holland Chapman, Chair, on the HRC have both been serving in At-Large positions, each for a partial term to end this June. Both have requested to be reappointed and both are eligible for reappointment. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider appointing Ms. Susan Foley Pierce and Ms. Barbara Holland Chapman each to first full terms on the Human Relations Commission, with terms to expire June 30, 2006.
